Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My introduction to the specialty coffee industry only happened about four years ago, but since the first time I read through Kenneth Davids "Home Roasting" I was in love. At the moment I work at Intelligentsia Mill Park along with some of the most fun and talented people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver, Portland, Tokyo, London, Amsterdam, pretty much anywhere.
About Me:
Not much to say. I am currently working in one of the most amazing and passionate industries I know of, while working on getting in to another amazingly passionate industry (read:getting my degree in Cinematography at Columbia College Chicago).
