I recently moved to Minneapolis to go to school. I worked at a local shop in my hometown of Neenah, Wisconsin for three years and I am now working at Espresso Expose on Washington Ave SE in Minneapolis in the Stadium Village neighborhood.

About Me:

I would like to open my own shop some day when I have the money. Until then, I just plan on continuing to improve my barista skills and my knowledge of the industry.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

I like thinking about how many hundreds of hours go into farming, harvesting, shipping, roasting, grinding, and brewing a cup that will be gone in about fifteen minutes
