I own a small coffee shop in Syracuse, NY. I'm proud of the fact that we have "regulars" whose drinks I (or my very accomplished staff of baristas) know by heart.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I'd love to go to Vienna! I hear the cafés there are absolutely beautiful.
About Me:
I'm a Boston University graduate--with a major in philosophy. All the reading I did in coffee shops must have had an effect on me, because now I own my own coffee shop! I love the industry, and am always interested in hearing the latest news/coffee drinks/etc.
About My Company:
Caffé Mariposa is a small cafe in Syracuse, NY. We specialize in local, fair trade products and cultivating that "neighborhood coffee shop" environment.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people I meet! And the cofee I get to try ;)
