I work for the Starbucks Coffee Company at a corporate store location with a drive-thru. I would love to learn more about the physical chemistry and biochemistry of coffee.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I would be grateful to relocate to the American Southwest--particularly Sedona, Flagstaff, or Prescott, Arizona, Santa Fe, Taos, Albuquerque, or Southern California.
About Me:
I did my doctoral training in chemical physics at UCLA. I love food science & technology topics, as well as learning, practicing and achieving higher levels of craftsmanship and time efficiency in beverage preparation.
