Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Own a VBM, single boiler, manual for 3 years after a decade+ with a Rancilio Silvia (before that had Gaggias a Pavoni and a beautiful handpump Grazziela). Huge improvement in quality of pull and milk foaming. Vibiemme is a great machine, best I;ve owned, but requires alot of care. The Silvia was more forgiving.
