About Me:

I have a diverse background which has helped me in the coffee biz. Airline mechanic/avionics for 20 yrs. I have also owned a home repair business. The skills that I acquired in the military and commercial aviation have helped me with many aspects of running and maintaining a roasting business along with cafes. The home repair experience has helped with build outs and facility maintenance issues.

About My Company:

We are a micro roaster along with one shop and another one soon to come. We are located next to a college campus which gives us a lot of foot traffic. We have our license to sell beer and wine. This is going to add significantly to our business in the coming months.
