Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm always chasing the tiger tail. At home I have: Espresso: Elektras: Belle Epoque & MCal, Oscar, Cap Amore lever, NS Mia, Arduino, Vesubio Mona Lisa, Vesubio Stove top, I should stop... Grinder: Cunill, Obel, Pede (s) Mokka, Kitchenaid Proline. I list these not as a braggadocio but as an indicator of real interest. I want to open up my own coffee house but that's down the road awhile.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Seattle, etc.
About Me:
I'm a nice girl with a bit of an obsession. Moved here to California from BC. I'm writing a raw food/health book and studying for a diploma in Herbalism... and looking for a barista job.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The taste of a perfect shot.
