I am passionate about the espresso that I brew at the coffee shop I call home/work. We were voted the number 2 coffee house in the area (a very competitive area, in a very "yuppie, important" city)

About Me:

I am 21, a writer, and have always been, well, a snob about coffee. The first espresso I had was at Starbucks when I was 14. I remember thinking, my God, something is wrong with this, but what have I been missing. Since then I've been to, seemingly, every coffee house, bar, and restaurant that "prides" itself for good espresso and I found there is no better way than to learn how to do it on one's own. I've trained under a master roaster at Portland Roaster Co. and an amazing Barista in Nicole, (my owner) and feel like I've come into my own as a coffee enthusiast.
