About Me:
I've been seriously interested in coffee & espresso for about 2 yrs now. Kinda just learned on my own from articles & podcasts. Like a lot of home baristas, I have a Rancilio Rocky/Silvia setup and that has really helped me learn about quality espresso. Its not a perfect situation, but it'll do for now!
