Extracto Cafe Artesanal is born in 2012 looking to satisfy the need of better and objective knowledge around specialty coffee industry through investigation, workshops and roasting mexican specialty coffee. We are baristas, roasters, chemists, engineers and a whole bunch of people in love with coffee.
