My Shop is a specialty store that sell gourmet take-out food. We Specialize in food/retail, coffee is somthing new for us that I have just implemented. I serve fair trade organic, and serve a much better espresso THEN STAR BUCKS?!!!

I have working in the food service industry for 23 years now. My expertise is making money!! For the last few years I have been helping people manage their business and making them profitable. I love the food service industry cause every day when you think that you know it all something suprises me and BAM!! Holy Cow How come i did think of that before. 23 Years ans I still get suprised every so often.

About My Company:

I have a small specialty store which I just purchased 6 months ago. I have lots of work since the previous owner were the only ones working there, they never really had to deal with employee, inventory. Food cost .......not using proper accounting practices. But Honestly The store is beautiful they did a great job on the food , fantastic recipes, great products. My goal is to take this little store and perfect it and open up 3 or 4 more.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

First off I LOVE COFFEE!! Seeing a product finished and seing a customer enjoing it is a good feeling. Coffee will always be for me the #1 social thing to do
