Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

My skills are developing at this moment. I think I'm working on creativity. Latte art right now is something that appeals to me. I've been taking my hand some local latte art barista throwdowns. Something that I wasn't involved with in the cafe culture in North Carolina. I recently moved back to Washington.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The ability to provide a luxury product at a price that makes it accessable to anybody. Coffee is a luxury in every way it beautiful, delicious, and complex. Nearly anybody can afford a cup of coffee; few can afford a filet mingon.
