Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
We are a new/used bookstore and cafe in the neighborhood of Echo Park - a diverse, creative area between Downtown LA and Silverlake. Currently hiring a lead barista/cafe manager who is well trained and knowledgable about coffee but not snobby. We are more traditional than third wave but awareness of coffee trends is important. We are a a community driven cafe and looking for someone who is a self starter, organized, responsible and has strong customer service skills and a good sense of humor.
About Me:
I co own the store with my business partner; she oversees the books i oversee cafe. I am creative and know the cafe has to constantly evolve to stay relevant. I need someone to help connect the dots of ideas, implement procedure, train and keep coffee and food consistent
