I competed in Crimson Cup's Barista challenge in 2007 and placed first in time. I work in a small coffee shop with about 10 employees and am the senior barista. I do training also.
About Me:
I like coffee ( obviously ) cooking, drawing, spending time with my husband and my dog and cat. I also draw portraits in graphite.
About My Company:
It is a small family owned business and a great place to work
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Being able to "wow" customers by remembering their order.
