About Me:
I teach college economics and own a coffee roastery - coffee bar. I find the economics of the coffee market totally fascinating, and my students end up knowing much, much more about coffee than others their age.
About My Company:
The Beanery Coffee Roasters sources coffee from all of the coffee growing regions. Although we offer organic, fair trade, bird-friendly, and Rainforest Alliance certifications, we also offer some great conventional coffees. Taste is our #1 mission, supporting sustainable growing methods and supporting our local community are our other two missions.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
so much to love...roasting coffee and discovering new flavors and aromas tops my list.
