Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

My barista skills are still growing since I am so new to the industry. While behind the bar I focus first and foremost on pulling the perfect shot followed by steaming a beautiful, micro-bubbled, foam. I am still working on my foaming technique and will hopefully create a healthy base in latte art. I work hard, clean hard and cook hard with a pleasant demeanor through and through.

Coffee being versatile and appropriate for all occasions (like tequila).
