Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have a microroastery in Poland, in Kolobrzeg at the Polish seaside. We roast espresso blends and single origin coffees. In 2010 we won the Golden Medal at the International Coffee Tasting for Malawi Mzuzu Geisha Viphya. We organise courses about sensory analysis of espresso. Now we want to sell our L5 Probat roaster, because we have switched to Giesen GW15
