About Me:
I was one of the managers at a busy shop called Lemonjello’s Coffee. We’ve been in People Magazine, Midwest Living Magazine, and Buzzfeed, etc. My most recent boss, Matt Scott, is on the Executive council of the BGA, among various other things for the SCA. I’m also a member of the SCA, BGA. Australia is where my coffee journey began and it feels good to say I’m back. To briefly mention my seriousness and intentions, coffee is my passion! It consumes me.The passion is partly fueled by exploration, production and knowledge of great coffee; human interaction - be it coworkers or guests, and the satisfaction that comes from all of the above. My vision is to be involved with coffee one way or another for the foreseeable future. I have regularly invested time to attend specialty coffee events, like Bloom and the SCA Global Expo, and completed training with the SCA while still learning and growing at my bar, and I only want to learn and grow further, hence one reason I've come to Melbourne.
