Greetings all, I am originally from Ethiopia/the birth place of coffee, it happened to be my parents are highly involved in coffee farm, I grew up doing the same thing then moved to the USA years a go, I am currently retiring for the Army and coffee business is what atracted me more than anything else. At home I roast my own Ethiopian coffee for many years now, however the only knowledge I have about coffee business is it is profitable, my plan is to open roasting business and distribute my own brand coffee while at the same time maintaining few coffee shops locally. Can someone give me any idea where to start this from, I try to reach the custom unfortunately they are the worst agency I have ever dealt with, the have a phone that nobody answer regardless of what time you call.
