I own a small traditional Coffee Shop
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
I travel quite a bit, but I would like to visit Africa and some other countries where coffee is grown.
About Me:
I am originally from Ireland (and yes we are as mad about excellent coffee as we are about excellent stout)
About My Company:
We are a sustainable cafe that is trying to promote the European tradition of actually sitting down socializing and drinking coffee. As opposed to customers running off in a rush with a paper cup full of hot milk :)
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The ever rising standards and the tendency of modern cafe's to seek out sustainable way's to run their business
