"I'm a dedicated home roaster and a deep believer that a great cup of coffee deserves a great home. My background is in high-end metal packaging manufacturing. While I’m still perfecting my pour-over technique, my real expertise is in the technical side of coffee storage. I specialize in designing custom, food-grade tin canisters that protect those volatile aromatics we work so hard to develop during the roast. I joined Barista Exchange to learn more about the evolving needs of roasters and to share insights on how sustainable metal packaging can reduce waste while keeping coffee fresher for longer."
