I am a coffee enthusiast from WAY back. I love the technology behind specialty coffee almost as much as I love coffee itself. I drink more espresso than I care to admit. I am impressed with what the industry is doing right now. Especially direct sourcing program's like Stumptown's. I have a lot to learn and hope to learn more from this forum.
