I am a coffee super-geek who can't seem to learn enough. I'm always adding to my library of knowledge, honing my skills, testing my palate, trying out new shops/roasters, and just plain enjoying the taste/smell/art of coffee!
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's always changing. Advancements are always being made, and new ideas aren't immediately rejected anymore
