Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been an espresso-holic since I was first introduced to the potion in Spain, around 1981. I started with the usual Braun/Krups machine and grinder, then upgraded to a Bezzera/Rancilio combo, and am now on the verge of purchasing a professional-quality single-group machine and grinder... Skilled? I know how to make a good cup of espresso...I honed my skills while singing opera in Orvieto, Italy, thanks to the generous instruction of Roberto, barista/owner of my favorite cafe, who showed me the ropes.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Melbourne, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland...and anywhere in Italy.
