    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    I work at Caffe Driade in Chapel Hill, NC. We are a proudly independent coffeshop which has one a number of local and national awards. Our owner is a world-certified barista competition judge as well as an accomplished roaster and general upstanding citizen of the coffee-world. I have almost 8 years of experience (~4 of them at Driade) in the coffee world and I love every minute of it. I have SCAA competition and training experience and I will soon attempt to enter my first latte art competition.


    What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

    Sweden, Norway, Italy, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Guatemala, Mexico, Ethiopia, Sumatra, Etc...


    About Me:

    Grew up in Stockholm, Sweden then moved all over the US before my family settled in Pine Knoll Shores, NC. Went to UNC-Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels!) for my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and am now working on my Ph.D. in Nutritional Immunology.
