I've been working in coffee since I was 16. Every year I learn more and more. I'd like to think I am decent at preparing a good coffee or espresso drink, but I know there is definitely room for improvement!

I love coffee! I want to learn more about how to train others to make a great drink!
About My Company:
I currently work at Julius Meinl, a Viennese coffee house. If you've been to Vienna, you've most likely run into Julius Meinl coffee or products. The coffee house is very true to those in Europe with full table service and all European imports. I am actually called a "Kaffeemeister" instead of barista, holding true to the Viennese way.
