I have been a barista for nearly 5 years now, entered uk latte art championships 2008 and 2009 and came second both years! also entered UKBC 2009- Best cappuccinos in Wales and West!!! For the past 4 years i was using La Marzocco Linea's and La Marzocco GB5's. Now im trying to get used to a Rancillio Lever!
