Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I've been a Barista for about 4 years, been with 3 different cafes where I learnt different skills in every cafe. Currently I'm working with a coffee manufacturer. Over here, we do roasting (live infront of customers!) and blending. So far, I've picked up the most knowledge in this cafe and I have to say, there is still tons more to learn about.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Anywhere that is affordable. =)
About Me:
My passion for coffee grew when I was just 13. I drank a cup of coffee and there was something that drew me closer to this black brewed potion. I was overwhelmed by the different characters of coffee that I found in every different cup. I began to explore the different available coffees and found out that what I knew was just the tip of the iceberg. It was then and there that I decided I wanted to be a Coffee Connoisseur. =)
About My Company:
Cuppachoice is actually a coffee manufacturer. I work in the "showroom" or cafe, where i was trained to be a trainer to conduct barista classes. It was here that I honed my skills as a barista and picked up more and more things, such as roasting skills everyday.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people I meet along the way in this industry with the passion is just excellent. I look up to them.
