    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    I know roast theory, S-curve applications, as well as determining the correct way to roast a certain bean. As a barista, I’ve mastered multi-tier tuilups, hearts, Rosettas and have started experimenting with turning the cup 180 degrees, as well as other ways to attempt different types of latte art. I’m very inclinded to African coffees, and believe that there’s more to a bean than just washed. I like and enjoy introducing people to “funky” processes coffees and well as different flavors.

    Anywhere on the west coast


    About Me:

    I’m very easy and out going. Im an extreme coffee nerd and can discuss coffee listen all day. I want to open my own roasting company, then maybe follow it with a cafe. I’d love to travel the world and do green bean buying as well.


    About My Company:

    In the process of filing an LLC to start the roasting company, almost everything is lined up and we have a 12 kg Dietrich.
