Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
My coffee shop is called "the little shop roastery" located in the city of Malmö where we roast on a 5kg Probat next to the bar where we serve our espresso from a 3 group Synesso or from 4 filterbrewers or from frensh press. I am SCAE authorized trainer so it is possible for exchange baristas to get a SCAE certificate after doing some practical and theoretical tests.

My company Brasett are establishing shop roasters in Sweden and importing green beans to the roasters. I have a concept store called "the little shop roastery" based in Malmö.
