What is your position in the coffee industry?

Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

I have no barista skills. However, one only acquires such skills by being trained.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I would like to go to New York, Los Angeles, San Fransisco, Japan, Florence, and Dublin.

    About Me:

Dear Baristas and the like, I am 19 years old and have wanted to be a Barista for many years. But you know the problem with that? You all want experience. Understandable. You want someone who can handle themselves out there. I'm willing to show up at your establishment for as long as you deem necessary in order to gather up the experience it takes to become an established Barista. I would love nothing more than to work in the coffee shop industry. I love coffee, I live coffee. As soon as I wake up in the morning, first thing on my mind: Coffee. Now, of course, putting pre-ground beans into a filter is not all there is in a coffee shop. There's quite a bit more to it than that. But as earlier stated, I will do anything to become one. Should you read this and have room for two extra feet, I implore you to consider training me. I don't even have to work for you. You can show me how it works while it's slow and I can help out with the trash, dishes and any other small tasks someone with little experience like myself can handle during those busy hours. I do hope to hear from you soon. I'm highly motivated and look forward to becoming part of the Batista community.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

    The smell.
