I started at Palace Coffee Company a few months ago, and fell in love. I picked up technical skill pretty quickly, and am now working on latte art and specialty drinks

Palace Coffee Company brings fine Italian style coffee to the Texas Panhandle, while still keeping the "Southern Hospitality" that is so well known around this area. It's much more than a shop. It's a home to MANY, including myself.
