About Me:
Fledgling Roaster/Barista. We are currently working on creating a fine enough product to open a shop in Mexico, and are most certainly in crash-course mode. I have an older HX machine in pieces sitting in the kitchen in the midst of a re-furb. I look at it every day and say, "huh?" Exciting and interesting and amusing.
