Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Just finished a course for a barista. Plan to open a coffee house in my wife's restaurant. I live in S. Korea and I make a big career change. I hope for the best.

What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?

I have traveled to Central America and Mexico as well as places in Asia.

About Me:

Originally from Chicago, I came to Korea in the 90's to teach. After being fed up with the teaching scene I plan on a new career change. I might be one of the few foreign baristas in Korea.

About My Company:

My wife started a chain family style restaurant in 2010. I plan on setting up a coffee house section of the restaurant.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

The industry is changing and there are many interesting aspects to it.
