I've only been a barista for brief stints... but I an continually seeking coffee knowledge and particularly interested in roasting and growing.
About Me:
I am a gearhead, driving enthusiast and a complete coffee fiend with a highly tuned palate. I have been known to properly identify the type of shampoo that the barista's next door neighbor uses by tasting their esspresso... :)
