Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have worked 2 years in coffee and 1.5 years with Intelligentsia as a roaster for two different shops. My last barista job was with Frank in Austin, TX, who specialize in pour-over, chemex, and syphon brewing as well as classic espresso beverages. Currently I am in South America visiting shops and farms, and am attending the WBC in Bogota.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Any and all.
About Me:
Other than coffee I am interested in listening to and playing music, books, psychology, rock climbing, hiking, camping, swimming, cycling, yoga, reiki, comparative mythology, painting, and dance.
