Our new coffee chain contains four café (one expected in march 2014). Two is in shopping mall, one in old town square in small town. We work with speciality coffee, whole leaf teas. We have our own pattiseria and bakery, planning to open ice cream factory soon.

About Me:
I am 25 years old, managing four cafés, employes 30 persons. I also work as barista and barista trainer. My speciality is HR and training and coffee drinks marketing.
About My Company:
Our company is newcomer to the market of café. We are cooperate with La Bohéme Café trying to make the best coffee in North part of Czech Republic. We want to improve Czech Coffee Culture. After four years we operate four cafés, now looking for new sites to open.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The best thing to taste perfectly made caffe latte.
