    Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

    i do my best within the parameters defined by my company, 14-15g of dark roast, in a manner responsibly to my partners and customers. i chase the quality taste when i take off my black apron, freshly roasted, sometimes zero-defect, and beginning to feel the aesthetic of the foam is becoming increasingly cosmetic. The thirst for new taste experiences is insatiable, and i want to learn more.


    About Me:

    walking around the tip of the iceberg for the first 8 years, finally realized the depth of what coffee has to offer, and the responsibility of the barista as the final link. the journey stretches before me, and i've never looked back for the last 2 years. but i do stop and taste the coffee though..how could i not..?..but i feel increasingly a charlatan, what i know does not equate what i do..


    What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

    Coffee transforms lives, and brings people together.
