I'm the manager of my shop do training/hiring/whatever needs doing.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Asia as a whole, but especially Thailand and India (this taps into my passion for textiles), Eastern Europe, Egypt, Morocco, Costa Rica, Brazil

About My Company:
My current shop is great for what it is but I do hope to move up in the world. I manage one of three coffee shops (owned by the same person) on my college campus, a lot of our employees are just looking for a college job, but some have ended up getting pretty passionate about eh industry. I find that personal enthusiasm about the product is catching and employees really appreciate knowing not just how things are done but why we do them that way.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the movement toward sustainability and an increasing awareness of the qaulity of life maintained by growers.
