Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I'm working with coffee only for 6 or 7 months but I totaly fell into it (is it the right expression?). Coffee shops I've worked in: Cafe Minor, Krmítko, Cafe Fara. My coffee knowledge is from practice (still don't have a certificate) but I've met many interesting people in coffee business, barista instructors, owners, roasters and I'm still open for more experience. I want to develop my skills to the most possible level and start a cafe.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Europe, anywhere (because I'm still a student and don't have much money for traveling:))

Krmítko - student cafe on faculties o Masaryk university, Cafe Minor - really interesting project in Brno (specialize in 100% arabica coffees, alternative preparation and coffee technology) and cafe Fara is just beautiful reconstructed cafe in Klentnice (near Mikulov).
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
the atmosphere including smell, taste, every single thing:)
