I'm currently in my 5th year as a barista, 2nd as a home-roaster and 1st in formulating a business plan to start a roastery/import business of my own.
About Me:
Worked on 2 different Linea semi-autos, 1 Rancilio Epoca, and am refurbing a Conti CLub 1-group in my home. Roast with Behmor, plan on taking a Probat training course this spring.
