Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
Bean & Leaf is located in New London CT. We roast our own FTO coffees and blend our E.S.P. espresso for our use and wholesale to other cafes and restaurants in CT and RI. We roast on a Diedrich IR 24 circa 1985. Our espresso machine is a LaMarzocco Linea 4grp - PID'd. We use Mazzer Grinders.

Former Project Manager in Telecom. Entreprenuer, wood worker (build acoustic instruments), sailor (Ericson E27 I am doing a full restore this Winter)
About My Company:
Bean & Leaf - we are a cafe and wholesale coffee roastery. It's a family run business started from scratch. Our cafe is almost 4 years old. At 5 we plan of purchasing a building to move to, instead of renewing our lease....
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
The people. There is something about the majority of people in the specialty coffee industry. Almost everyone is a pleasure to be around!
