Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I own a small independent cafe & delicatessen with my partner. We're in a small market town so it's mostly regulars and familiars with lots of tourists in summer. I'm one of two baristas, we use locally roasted beans, an Astoria Plus4U & a pair of Mazzer Super Jollys. I won the UK Barista Championships in 2008 and came 10th in the WBC.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Everywhere, but I'm tied to my machine 6/7!
