Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
I have much to learn. Coffee is no simple matter even though it is often treated as such. The three factors I value the most are simplicity, quality, and not burntedness. Unfortunately, I think those values are frequently missing in American coffee. It is the responsibility of those in the know to expose the misguided to great coffee, without elitism or pompousness. This probably sounds pompous.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
My coffee problem started in Italy.
About Me:
I recently quit my job of five years to attend UC Davis this fall for a degree in Sustainable Agriculture. I am always looking an opportunity to pull another shot and improve my skill. I currently work for a coffee cart outside of my old job in Truckee CA. Take that old job.
