Worked at Backporch Coffee Roasters in Bend, OR for one year. We source coffee from Coffee Shrub, Mercanta, Royal, and have a few Direct Trade coffees' from Hacienda La Minita, Costa Rica and Finca Las Delicias, El Salvador, and we source from a few other places on occasion.

I'm 24. Ride bicycles. Read philosophy and Theology for fun. Love science. Seeking to ever develop my palate through any culinary experience. Coffee is one way I can be artfully scientific.
