How many years have you been in the industry?
6 months - but had an interest for many years.
Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
*London School of Coffee *BaristaBarBar - London *Training sessions with UK Barista Champion 2012 Currently working as a barista at the amazing "Coffee Camper" www.thecoffeecamper.com. My latte art attempts are currently abysmal. But my espresso is gradually improving. In short, a few certificates, but far less experience and practise than I'd like.
What cities or countries are you interested in traveling to?
Australia, Canada, USA, France...and everywhere else.
About Me:
Bloke. Loves coffee. Loves music. Loves sunshine. Wants to run own cart in the next five years, cafe in the next ten, and finally, when I get around to learning the language, move to South France and take my gourmet coffee business with me. Easy.
About My Company:
Err...don't have one (yet). Working with a great couple who run the Coffee Camper - a beautifully converted 1976 Citreon HY van complete with Astoria Perle (sp?) and Mazzer that's proving a real hit at events. Hopefully see you at an event in sunny south Britain soon!
