Been an avid coffee brewer for the last year and a half. I can make coffee just about every method there is out there and have been strengthening my pallet and smells, triangulating different coffees each season from roasters all over the united states.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
It's everywhere and one of the more complex international agricultural businesses out there. Also the wide gap of commercial coffee to high end coffee markets is staggering to look at.
