Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.

Our coffee shop is located in Clovis, NM. I am a Certified Public Accountant and have not been involved as a barista. My position has been that as owner and manager, but I am retiring from the accounting industry soon and will be at the shop more regularly and intend to also be a fill in barista when needed.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Coffee! and people!! They go well together, right?? I'm very social and this industry is just fun!
