Just starting the business, still a "seed company", have worked as a manager and server at restaurants all over NYC, pulled espresso's (but mostly with pods)...

About Me:

I am in my 30's. My brother in law and I are planning on opening our own espresso place in Brooklyn. I am an actor and have therefore worked in the service industry in many facets. Looking to learn all there is to know about this business to make our business as successful as possible.

About My Company:

We want a very high end espresso/coffee place. Focus on great beans. With specialty drinks the primary focus. We are planning on having a few unique areas to the place as well...

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

It's a growing industry in spite of the recession. I like the way it tastes too, which is important
