Tell us more about your coffee shop or barista skills.
For my limited experience, I already know quite a bit about coffee. As far as the skills that deal with the shop they are growing. I can brew using various "pour over" methods. I'm efficient in espresso, i can dial it in, and make adjustments as needed. I use a manual machine, so i know when to cut shots. While i can only do limited latte art, my milk texturing technique is effective. I weigh out everything during slow times and i always time everything to make sure everything comes out perfectly every time. The list goes on...

About Me:
I am Jacoby. I'm a college student, a part time barista, and a home roaster. In the past year my life has taken a very new direction with the introduction of coffee. I have fallen in love, hard. It is my dream to continue to strengthen and grow this fantastic industry which can benefit so many people around the world. I'd like to do so by becoming a roaster and potentially owning my own shop one day.
About My Company:
I am a part of windmill coffee, a new business in northern kentucky. We are of the first to bring specialty coffee to the area which can be both a joy and a pain. We are constantly educating our community on what coffee can do for them, but there aren't very many people who already have an interest which we can connect on.
